In the Velocity Global BI portal, you can submit a request to the BI team. Example requests include: close MCP onboarding or offboarding steps, report a Looker bug, add a field to Looker. If you aren’t sure where to go, this is usually the best place to start!
Velocity Global DevOps
In the Velocity Global DevOps portal, you can submit requests to the DevOps team. Common requests include: CXP Training, Okta issues, Monitoring, Database, and CloudFlare. If you aren’t sure where to go, this is usually the best place to start!
Velocity Global Finance
In the Velocity Global Finance portal, you can submit requests to the Finance team. Common requests include: ACH debit requests, Client Deposit/Credit Memo Refunds, and ICP Bank Setup. If you aren’t sure where to go, this is usually the best place to start!
Velocity Global Privacy
In the Velocity Global Privacy portal, you can submit requests to the Privacy team. Common requests include: Reporting Privacy Incidents, Contract Reviews, and Data Subject Access Request. If you aren’t sure where to go, this is usually the best place to start!
Ask-Integrations
In the Velocity Global Ask-Integrations portal, you can submit a request to the Velocity Global Software Integrations team. Common requests include bug reports and featured requests. The Customer Integrations team works to integrate Velocity Global software with other software products used by our customers, such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, Oracle, and more. We manage ACF (the Application Connector Framework) and all customer-facing integrations.
Internal Apps (Superblocks)
Submit a bug or a feature request for Internal apps (Ops Console, Payroll Console, Time Off Console, Payslip Automation, etc). If it's not a Superblocks app, then this is not correct portal for that ticket.
If you are submitting a bug, please include as much details as possible, and if you can record a video with audio narration, that would be even better.
